This collaboration marks Aedas’ debut project in Pakistan and signals a new era of modern, vertical development. A contract signing ceremony was held at Aedas’ Singapore office, followed by a site visit by the Aedas team to Pakistan to initiate design and planning work.

With planned interchanges at F-8, F-10, and near Serena Hotel, New Blue Area is strategically positioned to become a central node for business, commerce, and modern living.
